The staff at this place is extremely polite and professional. They mind their own business and don't interrupt unnecessarily. The service provided here is top-notch. The room service is excellent and the staff caters to all your needs promptly. The room amenities are fantastic, with ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, mini-bar, and a comfortable sitting area. The in-room safe is a great addition for the safety of your valuables. The free toiletries provided are of high quality. The television and am/fm alarm clock are perfect for entertainment and convenience. the room facilities and amenities here are excellent.
This place is highly recommended to all. The location is ideal, especially for those visiting Delhi University and the nearby Kamla Nagar market.

The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options and the bed was comfortable. the hotel was close to popular tourist spots and a shopping mall. the customer service was friendly and helpful.
My Xmas stay at the hotel was not very pleasant. the room had a musty smell and there were stains on the carpet.

Located near a bustling market and Delhi University, this hotel offers convenience to explore local attractions. the staff is polite and professional, but that's where the positives end. the room was dirty, with a cigarette odor, bed bugs, and blurred windows. the breakfast was unappetizing, and the water smelled of sewage and the lift didn't work. the only saving grace was the friendly staff. my regretful stay was a disaster, and I would never recommend it to anyone.

Spent my Christmas in a hotel nearby some food joints and key locations. The food was definitely the best part of my stay, a variety of dishes offered and all deliciously cooked. The staff was very polite and accommodating with our requests.
Cleanliness was not up to my expectations. The walls were thin, and I could hear noises from adjacent rooms, also, the windows blocked most of the sunlight.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely polite and professional and didn't interrupt us unnecessarily. The location is convenient as it is near Delhi University and Kamla Nagar market. The facilities were clean and the breakfast was satisfactory.
